Crowe HAF / Antoli
Antoli, founded in 1977 in Carcassonne, is an offset printer that also operates in the packaging industry. The company, which employs around 30 people and has a gross revenue of more than 5 million euros, is recognized for its technical know-how, which should enable it to increase its market share, particularly in the wine, cosmetics and luxury goods sectors.
Crowe HAF / NewHeat
NewHeat is a renewable heat supplier for industrial
sites (particularly in the food, paper and chemical sectors) and urban heating
networks, NewHeat has been operating four solar thermal power plants for
several months now, in particular to produce hot water.
NewHeat, which will have nearly 35 employees within
the next two years, compared with 22 today, is expected to finalize the
creation of a company to design its first international project.
Bpifrance invested in NewHeat through its France
Investissement Énergie Environnement (FIEE) fund which is endowed with 100 M€
to support start-ups, SMEs and ETIs in the fields of renewable energy and
energy efficiency

Gruppomimo owns 2 restaurants and operates also through 3 dark kitchens. Gruppomimo is aiming to open around 30 new restaurants / dark kitchens by the end of 2023, mainly in Ile-de-France (Paris Area).
The Group has around 30 employees and relies on significant communication skills on social media along with high occupancy rates of its restaurants.
