Olivier Grivillers is a recognized expert in the fields of valuation and independent expertise. He began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1995 before joining Constantin Associés where he was Head of the Valuation Department. In 2007, after the acquisition of Constantin Associés by Deloitte, Olivier became Associate Director of the Valuation Department of Deloitte Finance. In August 2009, he joined Crowe HAF as Partner and Head of the Valuation practice.

He is co-author of several books related to business valuation (financial engineering, public offerings, PPPs, etc.) and works for most professional institutions dealing with business valuation. Olivier Grivillers also provides numerous training courses on the subject of valuation.

Professional Experience

Olivier supervises about 60 valuation engagement each year. He accompanies both medium-sized companies and large listed multinational companies. Our clients operate in various industries and various owernship, from private equity group to family owned businesses as well as publicly traded clients.
