Our sensitivity to Sustainability IssuesWe believe that our social contribution is to evolve our know-how towards new professions supporting companies on social and environmental issues. This is why we have developed our specialized subsidiaries in Climate Transition & Sustainability Consulting (Sustainable Metrics) and EPR Sector Expertise (Praxiam). Similarly, our statutory auditors are authorized to conduct CSRD audits. We conducted our first internal carbon footprint assessment in 2022. It amounts to 140 tCO2eq, and the emissions associated with a service delivered by Crowe HAF are 18kgCO2eq/k€ of revenue, placing us at the lower end of comparable available elements. We have defined a 2050 trajectory in accordance with the National Low Carbon Strategy.

Our social commitment policyWe have chosen the fight against school dropout in some distressed neighborhoods in Parisian area as our main action topic. We support specifically the "Espérance Banlieues" educational network and especially its elementary and middle school in Asnières-sur-Seine called the "Cours Antoine de Saint-Exupéry", named after the famous author of The Little Prince. We support this school, which has 125 primary and secondary students, on a set of key issues: presidency, administration and finance, fundraising, volunteering, and academic support. We also provide our accounting and financial expertise to the 15 other schools in the Espérance Banlieues network, as well as to other associations. All our sponsorship efforts represent - in equivalent - more than 1% of our revenue! Beyond our professional skills, a number of our employees also take on volunteer commitments with the Cours Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. This takes various forms, according to the needs expressed by the teaching team: supervision of lunch or recess times, homework help and academic support, mentoring and guidance for students… |

Since the founding of the Cours Antoine de Saint-Exupéry in 2015, Crowe HAF has committed to supporting the school through skills-based sponsorship for all administrative and financial support needs.
Our primary objective is based on a desire to contribute to greater equality of opportunity and social cohesion in our country. The main actions we undertake aim to ensure the reliability and professionalism of the accounts and financial reports presented to donors. Our commitment to skills-based sponsorship is therefore a key issue for the school's sustainability.
The Cours Antoine de Saint-Exupéry is not a client like any other! We are happy to show the meaning of our work as accountants by doing it for free. Several Crowe HAF employees have participated in these missions and have always been very motivated and enthusiastic to do so!
