Today, March 26, Law 5/2025, of March 6, for sustainable growth and the right to housing, known as the Omnibus Law, was published.

This regulation introduces significant changes in foreign real estate investment, the housing market and taxation, with the aim of promoting a more sustainable development model and guaranteeing access to housing.
