Since the publication of Law 6/2022 on equal treatment and opportunities between men and women in March 2022, which, among others, regulates the obligation for companies with more than 50 workers and all public entities in the Principality of Andorra to have Equality Plans, a lot of uncertainty has been generated regarding whether the preparation of an Equality Plan can be considered the same as the drafting of an Internal Regulation at the human resources level.
In this sense, from Crowe Andorra we want to summarize the difference between both documents, since the purpose and content of them present certain nuances.
