Todd Spaanstra

Todd Spaanstra is a Crowe partner and he leads the firm’s delivery of audit services to more than 300 healthcare entities. He specializes in working with for-profit healthcare companies that are owned by private equity companies.  

Todd has more than 15 years of experience and has focused on delivering services in the areas of:

• Financial statement audits
• Financial and international reporting
• Vendor/customer relations and negotiations
• Business planning
• Forecasting and consolidations

Todd has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions including buy-side and pre-sale due diligence analysis and acquired entity purchase accounting analysis. He has coordinated engagements with international affiliates in Europe, Mexico, and Southeast Asia.

Todd also served as the director of finance for a $200 million plastic injection molding company with ten separate reporting entities located in three countries.
