Raymond Marchica

Raymond Marchica is a partner in the tax group at Crowe. He specializes in C corporation taxation, multistate and multinational tax, and mergers and acquisitions. Raymond has more than 17 years of experience providing tax and advisory services to public and private financial services organizations.

His experience includes working with financial institutions, specialty finance organizations, and broker-dealers. Raymond provides services related to income tax provision review, general corporate tax planning, state tax planning strategies, and tax return compliance. He also has experience with financial accounting for income taxes and uncertain tax positions, IRS and state tax examinations, stock-based compensation plans, and investment tax credits, including renewable energy, rehabilitation, and new markets credits.
