Mark Ulishney is a partner in the Crowe federal tax services group, specializing in corporate tax services for C-corporations, consolidated returns, and flow-through entities. He has more than 25 years of experience working on corporate tax matters related to:

Mark works with a variety of publicly and privately held companies in manufacturing, distribution, retail, media, air transportation, healthcare, software, and various service industries. He also provides services to privately held companies, often owned by private equity firms and Securities and Exchange Commission registrants.

Prior to joining Crowe, Mark spent the majority of his professional career with Big Four firms, focusing on providing services to large multinational corporations. He also has extensive experience working with closely held family businesses and their owners.
