Manuel "Manny" Goncalves

Manny is the chief communications officer at Crowe, where he oversees all aspects of communications, including internal communications, employee engagement, media/public relations, corporate reputation, and analyst relations. He serves on the firmwide management committee as well as the market development and sales (MDS) management committee. He is a business executive with 25 years of experience developing and leading proactive and impactful global communications programs for a variety of stakeholders and across numerous industries.

Manny believes in deploying innovative and agile communications programs that drive business outcomes, build a human connection, and foster strong and inclusive corporate cultures. He is a frequent speaker on topics such as building diverse and inclusive teams, the future of storytelling and audience engagement, and driving reputational narratives that bring a company’s culture to life.
