John P. Eardley

John Eardley is a partner in the tax services group at Crowe. He is the leader of the Michigan state and local tax group. John has more than 25 years of experience, which includes specialization in state income and franchise tax; state and local sales and use tax; state nexus determinations; state and local tax controversy; and state tax impacts of mergers and acquisitions. He presents annually to multiple continuing professional education conferences. John has won multiple awards from the Michigan Association of CPAs due to work with various state and local tax committees. He helps clients assess and mitigate complex state and local tax issues.
