Jenna L. Liao

Jenna L. Liao is a partner in audit and assurance for Crowe LLP and a partner of Crowe Advisory LLC. She is also the office managing partner for the Crowe offices in Dallas and Plano. She specializes in financial statement audits, internal control audits, and A-133 audits. Jenna has more than 12 years of experience providing services related to managing financial statement audit services for companies with international subsidiaries, multinational operations, and complex accounting and audit issues, as well as managing audits of internal controls over financial reporting.
