Heather Bossenga is a partner with Crowe audit and assurance services, specializing in private and public client work in the manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries. She works with clients on financial statement audits, assurance services, financial planning, acquisitions and divestitures, compliance audits, and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 audits.

Heather works on the agribusiness team and has more than 20 years of experience providing U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting services to large, complex corporations, including their international subsidiaries. She has deep experience in directing the work of professionals on teams of various sizes, coordinating the efforts of multiple locations toward engagement objectives, and supervising multiweek client engagements.
