Halen Phan is the office managing principal in The Woodlands, Texas. He is also a principal in the advisory group at Crowe. He specializes in digital forensics acquisitions and data analysis. Halen has more than 16 years of experience in e-discovery matters encompassing all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) as well as civil litigation, intellectual property theft, and corporate investigations and discovery requests. Halen has provided expert testimony and signed affidavits involving digital forensics. He is a GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Advanced Smartphone Forensics (GASF) certified, and a member of InfraGard.
