Glenn Gines is a partner with Crowe in the tax services group, with more than 25 years of experience in corporate taxation. Glenn specializes in advising clients and firm personnel on corporate merger and acquisition activities, private equity transactions, tax due diligence and transaction structuring, tax-free spinoffs, consolidated return issues, net operating loss issues, stock basis and E&P analysis, and transaction cost analysis.

Glenn is also an ASC 740 technical adviser for SEC and privately held companies on a variety of issues, including business combinations, accounting for uncertainty in income taxes, international tax provisions, interim tax reporting, intraperiod tax allocation, stock-based compensation, separate company reporting, and currency impact on taxes.
