Dennis Kalten is a partner in the transaction services group at Crowe, where he is a leader in sell-side due diligence. Dennis has more than 25 years of experience providing financial due diligence, assurance, restructuring, and bankruptcy services. He primarily focuses on providing financial due diligence services to private equity groups, public and privately held companies, lenders, and other capital providers in numerous transactions, including acquisitions, carve-outs, sell-side transactions, 363 sale transactions, lending transactions, and leveraged buy-outs.
He focuses on clients in the manufacturing and distribution industry, but also works with various other industries, including construction and technology. Within the manufacturing and distribution industry, he has worked with companies in the apparel/textile, automotive supplier, chemical, distribution, food, life science, machinery, plastics, retail, and service sectors, among others.
