David Kral is a partner in the Crowe LLP audit services group and his specialty is working with consumer business and retail industry organizations.

David has more than 25 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to both public and privately held start-up, middle market, and Fortune 500 companies in the areas of:

• Capital market and private transactions
• Initial public and secondary offerings
• Mergers and acquisitions
• International financial reporting

Prior to joining Crowe, David was a partner with the Deloitte & Touche LLP consumer business audit practice.
