Curtis Kim is a partner in the tax group at Crowe. He has more than 20 years of experience in cross-border investments and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Curtis also works with private equity firms on fund formation, acquisition, operation, and disposition. He specializes in the tax aspect of M&A, including tax due diligence services, business structuring services, and tax compliance services to confirm that tax filings are consistent with M&A tax planning.
