Corrin Mauras is a managing director in the tax group at Crowe. She specializes in tax accounting and tax consulting. Corrin has more than 15 years of experience providing services related to the day-to-day delivery of tax consulting and compliance services and acts as a primary client service contact. She consults on tax accounting issues, including mergers and acquisitions, stock-based compensation,  and tax sharing between entities. She also consults on tax technical issues, including accounting method changes, taxation of equity compensation, and multistate activity.
