Chris Hopkins is a partner in the Crowe LLP state and local tax services group and leads the firm’s Northeast service delivery team. His extensive experience in multistate tax issues includes advising Fortune 500 companies on unclaimed property matters, audits, and voluntary compliance agreements.
Chris also provides companies with assistance on state and local taxation of complex business structures and transactions. He has represented clients in retail, manufacturing and distribution, financial institutions, and healthcare industries before state and local tax authorities in multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Crowe, Chris was a partner in the Grant Thornton LLP state and local tax services group and a senior manager at for Deloitte in its multistate tax services.
