Ankit Joshi is a partner in the Crowe federal tax services group. He specializes in consulting with private equity groups ranging from $25 million to over $10 billion in invested capital and servicing transactions ranging from $1 million to $500 million in deal value. Ankit has performed numerous public and privately held target tax due diligence projects and consulting projects during his career, including asset acquisitions, stock acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, and reorganization/recapitalizations, most commonly with private equity clients that focus on core middle to lower middle market. Ankit also provides various pre- and post-transaction tax compliance and consulting services, including acquisition structure consulting, corporate and flow-through federal and state tax compliance, and IRS conflict resolution and exam representation.
