Alicia L. Antonetti-Tricker

Alicia Antonetti-Tricker is an experienced public sector consulting principal at Crowe, specializing in strategy, transformation, and technology enablement. She provides services including strategic planning, process transformation, program and project management, assessments, operational modernization, financial analysis, procurement support, and enterprise technology implementations (CRM, ERP, CMS, data analytics) to state and local governments, not-for-profit organizations, K-12 entities, and institutions of higher education. With over two decades of experience, Alicia has guided public sector organizations through complex transformations – typically involving numerous stakeholders – and has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive efficiency and enhance service delivery for constituents. Alicia also serves as the office managing principal of the Crowe Indianapolis office.
