Alexis Bergman is a partner in Washington National Tax at Crowe, and part of the international tax group. She advises multinational corporations on their most complex business transactions, developing and implementing integrated business tax solutions that enhance operational and tax efficiencies while complying with the U.S. federal tax laws.

Alexis focuses on U.S. and international aspects of federal tax matters, including international acquisitions. She advises U.S. and foreign-based multinationals on a broad range of international tax matters, including supply chain structuring, IP realignment strategies, business model and operational enhancements, foreign tax credit issues, U.S. income tax treaties, repatriations, and global tax reform. With more than 20 years of experience at both Big Four accounting firms and in the private sector, Alexis brings an extensive depth of industry-specific knowledge and experience to address the unique needs of multinationals across various sectors, delivering exceptional and specialized tax advisory services.

Alexis is an executive board member and the assistant secretary of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), U.S.A. Branch, and co-regional vice president of the Midwest Region of IFA, U.S.A. Branch. To help advance women in the industry, Alexis also serves as a Women of IFA Network (WIN) regional leader for the IFA. In 2017, Alexis was named to the “Women in Tax Leaders” list by the International Tax Review organization.
