Aaron VanSoest is a partner with Crowe LLP in the tax services group. He has more than 10 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services. He provides federal, state, and international tax services to publicly traded and privately held clients in manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, real estate development, and service industries.

Aaron consults with clients in many areas of taxation, including ownership structures, choice of entity, mergers and acquisitions, accounting method issues, international and multistate tax issues. He also leads his local office C-corporation team and serves as the lead office resource for ASC 740 issues.
