Severin Pietri

Severin joined Crowe MacKay as part of the Technology Consulting practice where he helps clients with the automation of their business processes, manage their cyber security risk, implement a digital strategy, and develop and deploy AI enabled decision support engines.

During his career, Severin has amassed a vast and varied experience in technology and business. He has held roles of Chief Architect in a multinational consultancy firm, System Architect for a Canadian exchange, and the Global Head of Tax Transformation for a global bank headquartered in the UK.

Severin’s diverse experience includes leading the automation of complex finance and accounting processes in numerous jurisdictions; architecting, developing, and deploying a global leading tax solution; automating global controllership and account reconciliation processes for a multinational medical company; and implementing ERPs for small to multinational corporations.

He has deployed tax provisioning systems for global financial services organizations and for a leading mobile phone manufacturer; managed the global tax transformation program for a UK headquartered global bank, and transformed and automated front, middle, and back-office processes for a regional bank. His unique mix of business experience, and highly technical knowledge is complemented with a higher education in Business and Artificial Intelligence.
