At Crowe we are always looking to recognise and celebrate our talented team. When the opportunity arose to make a nomination for the ‘Professional Adviser Administrator of the Year’, we jumped at the chance to put forward our Senior Client Support, David McGeachie.

Professional Adviser

Professional Adviser is an information service for UK-based, regulated financial planners. They produce articles on regulation, investments, retirement and protection as well as costs and business models.

The awards were created to celebrate exceptional people within the financial sector and to celebrate the continued elevation of high standards within the industry. Administrator of the Year specifically looks for individuals who have shown initiative, had a positive impact and whose actions have had a productive long-term effect on their company.

Professional Adviser contacted us at the beginning of the year to notify us that David had been shortlisted for the award, with the final winner being announced on the 20 March 2024.

David McGeachie

David joined Crowe in 2014 with a wealth of experience, and immediately built strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. David’s calm and composed nature has enabled him to face any situation regardless of its complexity.

Throughout his time with Crowe, David has been involved in several roles and areas of business, such as our corporate schemes, income management and high net worth clients. David’s progression within the company has been admirable, as he has kept pace with changes in regulations and procedures and he continues to be the ‘go-to’ person within our Client Support Team.

While David’s role has become more challenging over time, he continues to work at the highest standard for our clients, while continuing to support his colleagues and is consistently a valued member within our team. We are delighted that the Professional Adviser has recognised his efforts and wish him the best of luck on the award night.
