Crowe is approved to contract with state and local governments, K-12 schools, and higher education entities through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Program (COOP) Contracts to provide Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS).
Cooperative contracts allow public organizations to improve technology while saving time and money. DIR customers receive discounted pricing with negotiated terms and conditions in compliance with state procurement rules.
Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) categories and descriptions
Application development, maintenance, and support; technology upgrade, migration, and transformation; and enterprise resource planning (ERP), including the following:
Business intelligence, data management, analytics, and automation, including data warehousing
IT assessments, planning, independent verification and validation (IV&V), market research, government procurement advisory, and contract implementation services
Project management and program management
