Nimbus - Our Evolving Cloud Based HR Platform

Nimbus is Crowe's proprietary, cloud-based solution supporting digital HR and payroll processes. Currently, it includes a fully functional Leave Management module, allowing employees and managers to request, approve, and track leave through an intuitive, self-service interface.

By the end of this year and throughout the next, Nimbus will be expanded into a comprehensive HR platform, encompassing additional modules such as personnel records, time and attendance, onboarding, and performance management—making it a future-ready tool for workforce administration.

Employee Self-Service Portal
Through our secure Employee Self-Service (ESS) interface—integrated with Nimbus—your staff can access payslips reducing HR administrative workload and improving transparency.
HR Administration

Full administrative support for employee onboarding and offboarding, including registration and deregistration with CROSO, RFZO, and other state authorities, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.

Employment Documentation

Drafting, updating, and administering all employment-related documents, such as employment contracts, annexes for salary or position changes, and termination decisions, aligned with labour law requirements and internal company policies.

Refund Requests

Managing procedures related to issuing health insurance cards and preparing complete documentation for refund claims related to sick leave exceeding 30 days, ensuring timely submissions and accurate reimbursements.

Per Diems and Travel Expenses

Calculating domestic and international per diems, as well as preparing travel orders, expense reports, and supporting documentation in accordance with legal regulations and company rules.

Certificates and Reports

Preparing various certificates and official forms, including PPP-PO income certificates, statistical submissions, and any additional reports required by the client for internal or external purposes.

Consulting and Support

Providing advisory services on labour law, payroll, and tax-related matters, as well as offering comprehensive support during audits, tax inspections, and internal reviews to ensure full compliance and risk mitigation.
