A public consultation is currently underway regarding several drafts of tax laws, published by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, and will continue until June 21st, 2026. 

The published drafts relate to further harmonization of domestic tax regulations with the legal framework of the European Union (hereinafter: “the EU”) and introduce significant changes in certain segments of the Serbian tax system.
