The Future is Human

“The Future is Human” was an event that brought together HR experts, leaders, and decision-makers from various industries to jointly examine a very important topic – how technology, and especially artificial intelligence, shapes the future of work. The event put humans at the center, exploring how to maintain the human factor and human values in an era of automation, digitalization, and rapid technological change.

Selected panelists came from companies that are undergoing transformation, implementing new technologies, or focusing on the development of people and their preparation for future challenges. During the panel, they shared their experiences on technological transformation, employee development, and the implementation of modern tools, with a particular emphasis on reskilling, learning culture, leadership adaptation, and organizational development. Additionally, the discussion addressed the challenges AI brought to organizational culture, motivation, and intergenerational relationships.
