Newsletter 7/2020 - Change due date for November tax liabilities

We remind you that, according to the Fiscal Procedure Code, art. 155, para. (2), the legal deadline for declaring and paying the tax liabilities for the month of November 2020 is December 21, 2020.

 

Given the tax incentives offered by the authorities as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, no late payment interest and penalties are due for tax payments made until December 25, 2020.

 

NOTE: We have presented more details regarding this incentive in the Coronavirus Update no. 20 from October 27, 2020.
