Aavinash heads the firm's strategic and technical initiatives, bringing more than a decade of experience in audit, tax, advisory and outsourcing services. He trained and qualified within the Banking and Capital markets assurance division of a Big 4 accounting firm in London, before moving to the Deals Tax department, assisting private equity funds with various tax matters on M&A transactions.
He holds a First Class Economics degree from the University of Warwick, and is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales ( ICAEW), a CFA Institute charter holder, and holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation issued by the UK's Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants and a licensed auditor with the Financial Reporting Council.
Aavinash handles the administration of the firm, overseeing operational matters, compliance, business development and client relationships. His leadership is focused on driving Crowe ATA's recognition as a leading professional service provider in Mauritius.
