TP Workshop in Milan
CFE Tax Advisers Europe and Crowe Valente Share International Expertise with the MACTC
Milan recently hosted a high-level international workshop dedicated to Transfer Pricing and international taxation. The event took place at the Crowe Valente International Study Center and welcomed a delegation of 21 senior tax professionals from the Mongolian Association of Certified Tax Consultants (MACTC).
Organized by Crowe Valente in cooperation with CFE Tax Advisers Europe, the workshop reaffirmed the commitment of both organizations to fostering advanced tax education, professional development, and international dialogue on key tax policy and practice issues.
The workshop was introduced and led by Prof. Piergiorgio Valente, President of CFE Tax Advisers Europe and Chairman of the Global Tax Advisers Platform (GTAP), together with the Crowe Valente team. The event provided an important platform for technical discussion and the exchange of professional experience among tax experts operating in different legal and economic environments.
The programme focused on some of the most relevant Transfer Pricing topics in today’s international tax landscape, including:
- DEMPE analysis and returns from intangibles
- Intra-group financial transactions
- OECD BEPS Action 13 documentation requirements
- Application of the arm’s length principle in triangular structures
- Audit readiness strategies and penalty protection
The workshop offered participants the opportunity to explore international best practices and recent developments in Transfer Pricing, while strengthening professional cooperation between Europe and Asia in the field of tax advisory services.
The participation of the Mongolian Association of Certified Tax Consultants reflects the growing interest of the international tax community in tax transparency, sound tax governance, and the effective implementation of Transfer Pricing rules within an increasingly globalized economy.
