Crowe Valente is pleased to collaborate in the new edition of the Transfer Pricing School, organised by IPSOA – Wolters Kluwer. This specialised training programme comprises 36 hours of classroom and online learning and is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the technical and practical aspects of transfer pricing in intercompany transactions.

Programme Objectives

The programme provides participants with a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of transfer pricing, covering both regulatory and practical aspects, as well as the operational tools required to manage tax risks effectively. Through an interactive approach combining theory and practice, participants will develop the specialised expertise needed to address transfer pricing matters in both professional and corporate environments.

Programme Structure

The programme is divided into four learning units, each of which comprises a classroom session and a webinar providing practical insights:

  • Transfer Pricing Policy – general principles, regulations and the management of tax audits
  • Identification and analysis of intra-group transactions – goods, services and financial transactions
  • Transfer Pricing Analysis – value chain, comparability and application methods
  • Transfer Pricing Documentation – Italian regulations, documentation requirements and reporting obligations

Faculty

The programme is led by Prof. Piergiorgio Valente, Chairman of GTAP (Global Tax Advisers Platform) and President of CFE Tax Advisers Europe. The teaching staff comprises professionals from Crowe Valente, including:

The programme will also feature presentations by corporate representatives from organisations such as Marazzi Group, Italgen, Lactalis Italia, Goglio and Strix Consumer Goods – Laica.

Venue and Schedule

Classroom-based sessions will take place at the GEB Partners Centre for International Studies, Via Mayr 3, Milan, whilst the webinars will be accessible online.
The programme will run from 29 October to 17 December 2025, with sessions taking place weekly.

Certificate and course materials

Upon completion of the Master’s programme, participants will be awarded a Master’s Diploma and, where applicable, a certificate for professional development credits. Each participant will receive the course materials from the lectures and will have access to the webinar recordings.
