Crowe HAF is
delighted to announce the appointment of three new partners in Audit, Valuation
and Transaction Services. These promotions will continue to fuel the strong
growth of Crowe HAF in these three lines of services.
Maxime Hazim started
his career in 2007 at EY and joined Crowe HAF in 2011. Maxime has a strong
experience in the fields of Valuation & Business Modelling, Independent Expertise
(30 private fairness opinions in the context of public offerings) and
Transaction Services. He works for listed and corporate clients as well as Private
Equity funds and family offices. Maxime will especially oversee the development
of the Renewable Energy and Infrastructure vertical of Crowe HAF as well as the
horizontale expertise in LBO and VC Financing.
Maxime holds a master’s degree in finance (Business Valuation and Transactions) from Lumière Lyon 2 University. He is a CFA® charterholder and holds the French chartered accountant degree.
David Kharoubi joined
Crowe HAF in 2009. He has acquired
in-depth experience in audit and transaction
services in an international environment. David works with French and
international large middle market reporting in international accounting standards
as well as with investment funds. David will continue to develop the Audit and
Transaction Services activities for large compagnies and private equity
players.
David holds the
French chartered accountant degree.
Thomas Corbineau began his career in 2005 at Deloitte in Audit and Transaction Services then joined a local transaction services pure player where he assisted numerous Private Equity funds during the acquisition or sale of businesses. He joined Crowe HAF in 2015 to accelerate the development of the Transaction Services department, particularly with French clients (private equity and corporate funds). He supported more than a hundred transaction processes. Thomas has a great knowledge of small/mid-caps and will act as Head of the Private Equity practice within the Transaction Services line of Crowe HAF which is now one of the major players in Financial Due Diligence market.
