Marc de Prémare has 30 years of experience in audit and transaction services across Europe, United States, and South America.

He began his career in 1992 at Constantin Associés in Paris, then went on to establish and develop Constantin’s office in Brazil from 1998 to 2003. At that time, Constantin was a member of the Crowe Global network. Upon returning to France, he was appointed partner, responsible for international clients and relations with the Crowe Global network.  

In 2007, when Constantin joined the Deloitte network, Crowe Global invited Marc to reestablish its representation in France. Marc took over as CEO of Crowe HAF, which has since experienced steady and rapid organic growth, regularly launching new service lines. Marc is a graduate of Harvard Business School.

Expertise

Marc managed numerous international audit and transaction services engagements. He supports clients of various sizes, ranging from mid-sized companies to large multinationals and private equity firms.

He also oversees Crowe HAF’s skills-based commitment initiatives and serves as president of the Cours Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, the firm’s main pro bono client.
