Guillaume Fruleux began his career in quality assurance in the civil aviation sector, where he gained his first experience in auditing and quality management systems. He later deepened his expertise through a specialized master’s program in circular economy, completed via a work-study program at Decathlon, the leading French sports retailer. There, he developed key skills in project management, cross-functional leadership, and training. Since stepping into his current role in 2019, these capabilities have enabled him to support regulatory inspections, optimize internal processes, achieve COFRAC accreditation, and onboard new team members. His active contribution to strategic initiatives has been instrumental in the company’s growth.
