Benjamin Tixier

Background

Benjamin has over 20 years of experience in audit and transaction advisory. He began his career in 2005 at PwC, where he spent three audit seasons, notably working with the Danone Group, before joining the Transaction Services team. At PwC, Benjamin was involved in a wide range of acquisition, divestiture, refinancing, and carve-out transactions, from small to large-cap, serving both corporate clients and investment funds in France and internationally.

In 2024, he joined Crowe HAF as a Partner, leading the Transaction Services team.  

Expertise

Benjamin supports both investment funds and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions in the small and mid-cap segments.

Recently, Benjamin has advised on the following transactions:

• Atos Group on the sale of EcoAct (climate and environmental consulting) to Schneider Electric
• Merieux Equity Partners on its investment in Janvier Labs (biomedical research)
• The Soufflet Group on its merger with InVivo (agricultural cooperatives)
• Benjamin has also regularly supported Accenture in its acquisition projects, with seven transactions completed to date.
