SustainCert aims to
become a leader in greenhouse gas reduction certification by ensuring the
quality of nearly half of the carbon credits issued within three years.
In order to finance
the automation of certification processes and the development of new services,
SustainCert is raising €7.9 million from Citizen Capital, Innovacom and
Microsoft Climate Innovation Fund.

Jestimo is the
reference solution for the evaluation of real estate for sale and rent. Based
on big data analysis and artificial intelligence, Jestimo is used by more than
19,000 users. The company has about ten employees and achieved a turnover of
€2.5M in 2020, with an annual growth of +25%.
Supported by its lead
(ou majority?) shareholder, TA Associates, since last April, DL Software
continues its densification strategy by completing and harmonizing the product
range of its divisions: Health, Real Estate, Distribution, Tourism and
Construction. At the end of 2021, which will have enabled the company to
complete 6 strategic acquisitions, DL Software will have doubled its revenues.

With two production
sites in Beine-Nauroy (51) and Tronville-En-Barrois (55), Mécanique 2L is a
French specialist in machining for the aeronautical, agricultural, heavy goods
vehicle, construction and weaving industries. This operation is expected to
enable the company to strengthen its position and support its growth projects.
The Safe Metal
branch, a world specialist in cast steel products, is completing and
strengthening its machining capacities. With a more integrated and responsive
offer, the Safe Metal Division continues to develop and responds more
effectively to its customers' needs for co-design and development of solutions.
