Thomas Corbineau

Thomas Corbineau has significant experience in the field of transaction services. He began his career in 2005 as a financial auditor at Deloitte, where he also performed many transaction services engagements for large group clients and investment funds.
In 2013, he joined a specialized firm (ranked in the Top 10 firms specializing in financial due diligence) where he served Private Equity funds for financial due diligence work.

He joined Crowe HAF's Transaction Services department in September 2015.

Professional Experience

Thomas has managed a large number of assignments including the Due Diligences work, the preparation of Vendor Due Diligence (VDD), the specific assistance to the financial management (implementation of reporting ...), the contribution to the implementation of financial forecasts or the critical review of business plans.

Thomas has worked on operations ranging from 5 to 200 million euros, mainly for investment funds and corporate clients. He has developed a great knowledge in the sectors of the media (production and distribution of cinematographic films), service to companies (rental ...), retail (ready-to-wear ...), funeral, industry and construction (Concrete, Granulat ...), software and renewable energies.
