Marc de Prémare has 25 years of experience in international audit and transaction services in Europe, Brazil and the United States. He started his career in 1992 at Constantin Associés in Paris, one of the largest audit firms in France. From 1998 to 2003, he founded and developed the Brazilian practice of Constantin. He came back to Constantin Paris in 2003 and became International Liaison Partner in charge of Crowe‘s international clients.
In 2007, after Constantin was acquired by Deloitte, he took a leading role in the foundation of Crowe France and became Managing partner of Crowe HAF.

Professional Experience

Marc de Prémare managed numerous transnational transaction services assignments as well as transnational audit engagements for multinational companies.
Marc advises client of various sizes, from medium sized privately owned business to large multinational corporations or private equity groups.
