Julien Latrubesse

Julien has a significant experience in Corporate Finance  with a strong expertise in cross border Transaction. He began his career being financial controller at Safran India and then as an M&A analyst.

He joined Crowe HAF in 2012 and now acts as Manager in the Transaction Services Department.

Professional Experience

Julien participated in numerous valuations and cross border financial due diligence. He specializes in the following areas:

• Due diligence in an international and multi-entity environment ;
• Vendor due diligence in an international and multi-entity environment ;
• Business plan review & business plan modelling ante/post acquisition ;
• Assignment as independent expert during purchase price calculation or earn-out assessment ;
• Assisting our clients during negotiation process / review of financial clause of PA.

During his career, Julien has worked on transactions ranging from €1 million to €200 million deal value, both for industry and private equity firms. He has developed expertise in various sectors mostly aviation, automotive industry, leisure and fitness, software, and renewable energy.

Julien is a professional speaker at Aix Marseille Graduate School of management teaching Transaction Services for International Finance Master students.
