Jean-Baptiste Cottenceau began his career in auditing and accounting practices between 2000 and 2008 before taking a position of Manager at Carbone 4, a specialized consulting firm in the field of energy and climate strategy where he worked mostly for large corporations.  After 15 years of professional experience, at the crossroads of carbon emission monitoring, finance and CSR expertise, he founded Sustainable Metrics, a member of the Crowe Global network with the mission of fostering the transition to more responsible business models.

Jean-Baptiste Cottenceau also provides training on the theme of integrating sustainable development policies into organizations. He is the designer of a training on CSR approved at the Training Center of the Accounting Profession (CFPC).

Climate and energy 
Support organizations and sectors in the definition and deployment of their energy-climate strategies, from the simple diagnosis (regulatory or not) to the implementation of reporting systems allowing the analysis of developments, trends and progress. –

Corporate social responsability 
Support in strategy, reporting and communication.

Arguments and communication 
Improvement of company rating (CDP type, RobecoSAM, Ecovadis).

Development of methodological tools
Development of calculation engines (KWh + CO2 + €), piloting and technical coordination of sectoral methodological guides, animation of business clubs, monitoring of an integrated reporting workshop in collaboration with the Master's degree in Sustainable Development Environmental Management and Geomatics of Paris I Sorbonne.
