Andreas Pifanis has more than 30 years of experience in international tax structuring, in corporate reorganisations, cross border acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and restructurings.

He has provided numerous services for clients including due diligence investigations, transaction structure consultations and transaction document reviews. He also advises on the Cyprus and International tax aspects of various clients on potential acquisition targets and associated tax due diligence.
