It was established by First Horwath & Company CPAs, Horwath & Company CPAs and Horwath Chien Hsing CPAs with offices located in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung. Moreover, DinKum & Company CPAs was merged into Crowe (TW) CPAs on 1, January, 2016.
