Crowe Burgos Accountants Traineeship

The traineeship program aims to equip (young) professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of audit and finance, enabling them to apply these within Crowe Burgos Accountants and international partners.

The objectives of the traineeship are:

  • Strengthening the foundational competencies required to effectively function as a starting audit professional in an international environment;
  • Obtain experience and audit skills; and
  • Achieving the ability to work independently as a young professional in an international environment.

Early careers

The traineeship offers recent graduates the opportunity to start their careers at Crowe Burgos Accountants. Throughout the two-year program, you will obtain the necessary theory and practical experience to increase your skills as a young audit professional. During the program, you will participate in theoretical training sessions conducted by trainers who are active in their respective fields. Furthermore, you will be part of engagement teams in order to assist in audit and compilation.

Upon successful completion of the traineeship, you may be offered employment opportunities at Crowe Burgos Accountants or our international partner. Trainees who demonstrate exceptional performance may be offered the opportunity to pursue advanced studies in Accountancy abroad, with partial financial support provided by our organization.

Assessments

As part of the application process, you will be invited for a technical assessment to gain a deeper understanding of your general knowledge in the field of audit and finance, based on the expected knowledge of your current education. During the assessment technical cases will be presented to you. After successfully completing the technical assessment, you will be presented with a soft skills assessment that will provide insights into your motivation, attitude, competencies, and talents.

Tips for the assessment:

  • Rest well and be on time.
  • Prepare well to ensure you are able to answer/solve the cases presented to you.
  • Be confident and relaxed! Enjoy the assessment day.

The entry requirements are as follows:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Economics, or CAT
  • Excellent work attitude and flexibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills and motivation
  • Willingness to undergo an assessment
  • Successful completion of the selection process
