She began her journey as HR & Payroll Manager for the Contract Administration brand, where she quickly distinguished herself through operational excellence and a deep understanding of client and employee needs. Over the years, she progressed to the role of Country Manager for Contract Administration and Crowe Slovakia, successfully leading business growth and operational development in the Slovak market.
Alena’s leadership is defined by her strategic mindset, people-oriented approach, and strong commitment to quality and compliance. Her ability to build efficient teams, develop talent, and maintain long-term client relationships has played a key role in strengthening Advartis’ position in Slovakia.
