GDPR in practice: How to work with personal data correctly

For this reason, we are organizing a professional online training focused on GDPR topics, intended not only for our employees but also for our clients and partners. The training is designed for anyone who comes into contact with personal data, whether they work in HR, accounting, administration, IT, marketing, healthcare, logistics, agriculture, or any other sector.

Participants will gain a solid foundation in the proper handling of personal data in accordance with GDPR (Personal Data Protection Act) and other relevant legal regulations, including the Labour Code.

Through practical examples, we will help you navigate the complex rules and properly address topics such as: obtaining data subject consent, contractual relationships, maintaining personal records, processing attendance data, or handling remote work. You will learn under what conditions it is permitted to monitor employees, publish their photos, or transfer data to third parties and abroad. Special attention will also be given to processing data of job applicants, clients, students, or seasonal workers—depending on the sector.
