Jeseni prihajajo premiki na področju lastništva zaposlenih! 

Z napovedanim Zakonom o lastniški zadrugi delavcev bo Slovenija dobila močno orodje za pravično, sistemsko in razvojno naravnano vključevanje zaposlenih v lastništvo podjetij.
Vse več podjetnikov prepoznava prednosti takšnega modela – saj ta prinaša:
- dolgoročno stabilnost podjetja,
- premišljeno in odgovorno nasledstvo,
- ter ohranitev podjetniške vizije v lokalnem okolju, kjer je podjetje zraslo.

Gre za pomemben korak k bolj vključujočemu gospodarstvu – takšnemu, ki temelji na sodelovanju, zaupanju in skupni prihodnosti.

Proposal for the Workers' Ownership Cooperative Act

Changes in the field of employee ownership are coming in the fall!

With the announced Act on Workers' Ownership Cooperatives, Slovenia will gain a powerful tool for the fair, systemic and development-oriented inclusion of employees in company ownership.
More and more entrepreneurs are recognizing the advantages of such a model - as it brings:
- long-term stability of the company,
- thoughtful and responsible succession,
- and preservation of the entrepreneurial vision in the local environment where the company has grown.

This is an important step towards a more inclusive economy - one based on cooperation, trust and a shared future.
