➡ Employers shall notify their employees in writing of the calculation of annual leave entitlement for the current calendar year by the end of March at the latest.
➡ If the employer does not notify the employee in an appropriate way, he may be fined between 750 and 2.000 EUR.
➡ For a smaller employer (up to 10 or fewer employees), a lower fine is foreseen, between 200 to 1.000 EUR.
➡ Employers must take into account when calculating the amount of annual leave ZDR-1, potential collective agreements, internal acts and individual employment contracts.

OBVESTILO O ODMERI LETNEGA DOPUSTA
➡ Delodajalci morajo do konca meseca marca svoje zaposlene pisno obvestiti o odmeri letnega dopusta za tekoče koledarsko leto.
➡ V kolikor delodajalec ne obvesti delavca na primeren način, ga lahko doleti globa v višini od 750 do 2.000 EUR.
➡ Za manjšega delodajalca (do 10 ali manj zaposlenih) je predvidena nižja globa, v višini od 200 do 1000 EUR.
➡ Delodajalci morajo pri izračunu višine letnega dopusta upoštevati ZDR-1, morebitne kolektivne pogodbe, interne akte in individualne pogodbe o zaposlitvi.
