Transparentnost plač – nova realnost za delodajalce že v letu 2026!
Evropska unija je sprejela Direktivo (EU) 2023/970, katere glavni namen je okrepiti pravico do enakega plačila za enako delo ter zmanjšati plačno vrzel med moškimi in ženskami.
Kaj to pomeni za delodajalce?
Pred zaposlitvijo:
>>> Kandidatom bo treba razkriti začetno plačo ali razpon, najpozneje pred razgovorom - v objavi prostega delovnega mesta ali kako drugače.
>>> Prepovedano bo spraševanje kandidatov o njihovih dosedanjih plačah, da se prepreči plačna diskriminacija.
V delovnem razmerju:
>>> Zaposleni bodo imeli pravico zahtevati informacije o povprečnih ravneh plačil glede na spol in delovno mesto.
>>> Zaposlenim bo potrebno omogočiti dostop do meril za določanje osnovne in variabilne plače ter napredovanje.
Poročanje o plačni vrzeli:
>>> Podjetja z več kot 100 zaposlenimi bodo morala redno poročati o plačni vrzeli med spoloma.
>>> Če bo razlika v plačah več kot 5 % in neupravičena, sledi obveznost korektivnih ukrepov.
Zavezujoča v Sloveniji od 7. junija 2026 dalje.

Pay transparency – a new reality for employers as early as 2026!
The European Union has adopted Directive (EU) 2023/970, the main purpose of which is to strengthen the right to equal pay for equal work and to reduce the pay gap between men and women.
What does this mean for employers?
Before employment:
>>> Candidates will have to be disclosed the starting salary or range, at the latest before the interview - in the job advertisement or otherwise.
>>> Asking candidates about their previous salaries will be prohibited in order to prevent pay discrimination.
In the employment relationship:
>>> Employees will have the right to request information on average pay levels by gender and job.
>>> Employees will have to be given access to the criteria for determining basic and variable pay and promotion.
Pay gap reporting:
>>> Companies with more than 100 employees will have to regularly report on the gender pay gap.
>>> If the difference in wages is more than 5% and unjustified, corrective measures will be required.
Binding in Slovenia from 7 June 2026 onwards.
